Pineapple Spice Smoothie


2 cups milk of choice
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
1 large banana
2 tbsp smooth almond butter
1-2 tbsp fresh grated ginger
1 tsp ground turmeric


To a blender, add milk, Greek yogurt, pineapple, banana, almond butter, ginger, and turmeric. Blend until smooth.
